The Two Type of Ageing

First– ageing signs are seen when we grow older, this is a natural process which is caused when the skin loses its collagen and elasticity. This type of aging cannot be prevented, but they can be minimized. Even though you must have seen most of the celebrities resort to botox and other injections, even these tend to stop working after a certain point of time.

Second is what we can call as Premature ageing which is caused due to overexposure to the sun, various chemicals reaction from chemical-based products, improper diet, lack of a proper skin care routine, unhealthy lifestyle, drugs, alcohol, smoking, medications, stress and vitamin E deficiency.  This type of ageing is something we can take care. Primary aging symptoms began with dark spots, laugh lines, crow’s feet, age spots, sagging skin, ageing signs, and wrinkles or fine lines. So before you freak out and end up spending half your income of surgical procedures and injection, sit back real and take a look at the remedies sitting right inside your kitchen cabinets. Trust me they work, all you need is a little bit of positivity and patience.
